How I Started:
Well as a young child, growing up with an older brother who was already 5'8" by 8th grade, he naturally had allt he girls and went to the gym alot. i went with him at the age of 10 years old and slowly started to work out as he instructed me and showed me what to do. Also two years ago i started the wrestling team at school so i must stay in shape and keep my weight down 24/7.
Why I Love It:
I feel healthy and it is a way to relieve my stress

Started working out again, lost some fat and put on a tiny bit of muscle

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Usually watch Pumping Iron and then look at myself int he mirror and wish i could be even half as big as Arnold. Also love to listen to hardcore music that pumps me up
