How I Started: Well as a young child, growing up with an older brother who was already 5'8" by 8th grade, he naturally had allt he girls and went to the gym alot. i went with him at the age of 10 years old and slowly started to work out as he instructed me and showed me what to do. Also two years ago i started the wrestling team at school so i must stay in shape and keep my weight down 24/7.
Why I Love It: I feel healthy and it is a way to relieve my stress

What time of day do you usually workout?

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
6-8 because this is the best number when trying to gain muscle mass and strength without having the reps too low to stimulate those muscle fibers! I always use weight that tires me out after 4 sets of...more

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Usually watch Pumping Iron and then look at myself int he mirror and wish i could be even half as big as Arnold. Also love to listen to hardcore music that pumps me up

the only way to add muscle mass is 'eat more and lift as much heavy weights as you can'. and the best supplements in my knowledge are- celltech creatine, BSN nitrix,and MUSCLETECH'S muscle building stack, with protein.
