Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Ronnie Coleman..he is HUGE! I want to be 170Lbs when completely cut. and be able to Bench 250lbs
How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
6-8 for muscle gain or 1-4 for strength gains
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
a minute if not less. Keeps heart rate up and i get bored sitting down.
