Meal 3: 5oz protein, 2 cups veggies, 2 tsp oil
Meal 4: 4oz protein, 95g sweet potato
Meal 5: 5oz protein, 2 cups veggies, 1 tbsp oil
Meal 6: 1 scoop Isopure protein
