Fat loss and build lean muscle :1550 Calories

6 meals per day

Sample Meal Plan:

Meal 1: 1 scoop Isopure protein with 1/2c unsweetened almond milk or 1 cup egg whites

1/4c gluten free oats with 1 tspb natural peanut butter

Meal 2: 4oz protein and 60g cooked brown rice

Meal 3: 5oz protein, 2 cups veggies, 2 tsp oil

Meal 4: 4oz protein, 95g sweet potato 

Meal 5: 5oz protein, 2 cups veggies, 1 tbsp oil

Meal 6: 1 scoop Isopure protein

smiskell 2nd place in my class which means I qualified for a national show!!! So happy! Day off yesterday to recover, but hittin' heavy legs later.

michael.woodcum You are more than welcome and while all your improvements are awesome, losing 45lbs of body fat is the most amazing thing about this! Sometimes we get caught up in how we look, how the judges think we will look or how the opposite(or same, depending on the individual) thinks we look and we forget that being healthy is the major goal and you have achieved that no matter what! michael.woodcum Your progress pics looking amazing! You can really see the difference and see the change in just 4 weeks. Your glutes are coming up and getting more definition, your quads are popping more and standing out more, your shoulders have a nice outer delt and your core and back are really looking nice and tapered.
