GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR TRANSFORMATION YOU LOOKED NICE BEFORE BUT ITS MORE OF A CONFIDENCE THING WHEN YOUR IN THE GYM. I HOPE YOUR TRANS GOES GOOD AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOUR DOING GREAT
Hey hey!! Tips? Swim - Stay relaxed and don't get all hyped up with all the pre-race jitters. Bike - go above your comfort level, but not all out where you're out of juice for the run portion. Run - this is where you can make up some time, but since it is only 2 miles, definitely bring it up a notch and go all out but not to the point where you end up walking, Don't do anything different from your training and this includes nutrition. You do not want an upset stomach.
AHH!! Great to see another Endurance Junkie like myself here!! Looking good and keep up the good work. If you ever need tips in competing in triathlons, please feel free to contact me and I'll gladly provide you my input.
