What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Well it's really like a few levels in 1 tip. Getting comfortable with just moving your body, esp. if you've not done it before or very often , mastering form, starting out small in a workout as to not cause injury are all important as well as not being afraid of pushing yourself, when you truly have the form down so that you don't cause yourself burnout (which kinda ties in w/ the 'mistake' question abovem that I myself have made in the past all too many times.) What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I still make mistakes! haha. Though, I think one of my first mistakes was trying to start too fast too soon. Example: One of the first times I tried to really work on 'exercising' I remember I tried one of the Tae Bo series tapes...yes tapes. :D I did the Intro. tape 1 or 2 times through and thought I was ready for the Basic video, which was the next one up.
