How I Started:
Started to take things more seriously after putting on about 3 stone having my second child.Had never exercised before but started running to complete a charity 5km run.Fell of the wagon and slowly crept back up to my usual weight of 10st(140lb)am gutted i let it all slip so am starting again and intending to keep it up this time as i loved the results i saw last time.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel and look and the positivity it brings into my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
With great difficulty,but my other half is an ex bodybuilder and a gym fanatic so when i see him head out in the morn to the gym i feel guilty!There are lots of people who inspire me to stop making excuses and get on with it,my best friends son who recently died of cf being one of them.
well im sad to say that since my last post i have fallen off the wagon, well for a few days anyway.I got to week 3 and noticed nothing happening.Training was the same eating was the same but nothing changed in a week!Anyway so i was feeling kind of down and a friend asked me out on a night out...
O and that underwear thing was the first time EVER that i have been honest with myself about my body...I guess I just took the plunge:).. But once you are honest with your self and really want to change ...things will definitely start falling into place.
Hey girl...glad to know im not alone:). Of course you can email me at any time. I've been hitting the stair climber pretty hard lately and im sure it's helped me. From clothes alone my size 3 skinny jeans are literally falling off me. Legs will be last to come in for me:)
