How I Started:
In high school I ran track and Cross Country but when I joined college I joined a sorority instead of doing a sport. Then I gained the freshman 15 and I knew that I had to do something. I have had a few workout buddies in the past but they always seem to quit for some reason or our schedules are too busy to go together. I was very involved with my sorority, the school newspaper, and the yearbook. I barely had time to sleep. I finally quit the newspaper and now I go to the gym 5 times a week. Hopefully my body can get in even better shape than it was in high school!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is time to focus on me. I actually get depressed if I have not worked out for more than a few days. It is also a big plus when I feel strong, flexible and sexy. A fact that some people do not know is that working out actually helps your immune system too, and I hate getting sick.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love going to Yoga, it keeps me flexible and there is always a cool looking pose to work towards. I also like going to other classes at the gym like kickboxing, body tone, abs and back, and cardio strength explosion. Gym classes are fun and it is helpful to be around other people who like working out. Sometimes I use muscles that I don’t normally use or I have so much fun that I forget that I am working out. In addition, I love running because it reminds me of the rush I felt in high school during a race. I can’t run very far because I am naturally a sprinter, but I can jog a trail for a few miles. I don't want to loose weight, I just want to feel and look good while having some fun doing it!
BB Accomplishments:
I can touch my toes and do a couple of cool Yoga positions!

Goal (Long):
I want to tone up and look amazing naked and in a bathing suit and be healthier than ever. Maybe then my boyfriend won’t complain that I don’t look as good as I did when I got out of high school.
I will try to eat 6 times a day. This is a basic day, but each day will probably never be the same. This plan is going to be a little hard to stick to when I move back into my sorority house, but I think I can do it!
Breakfast: a cup of tea, a piece of fruit and something like fiber rich...
I love stretching a lot everyday so I always do an hour of Yoga. It gets me to relax and unwind. I mix up my cardio to keep away the boredom. I have two days of lifting for my upper body and one day lifting for my legs.

i wish i knew the secret to a tight ass! but I don't :( i am trying to just do a little bit of everything.. like hamstring curls, deadlifts, lunges, squats, etc. :) good luck!
