This week I decided to kick my training and workouts up a level. Last week I enjoyed a week off. 5 days of relaxing in the beautiful city of Berlin (Germany). This week was a good time to relax and prepare myself to kick some ass the last few weeks! This week I started a drop set week to shock my muscle. HO-LEE-SHIT I haven't been as sore as this a long time! When this week is done I am staring a training schedule from this site and not my own creation. My own creation workouts have worked...
