i spent all last week sick and in bed, had to get up fro work since we have a inspection comming soon ! but god, i ate all the wrong foods ! didnt really care was just wanting food and sleep, on wednesday i finally had enough and went to the Dr. got meds. its taken tell today Monday, to start feeling better. its time to come down from the junk food and back to clean eating. the scale says ive put on weight, but my clothes say a different story, some of my dress shirts fit even bigger on me. ill... i spent alot of time in the gym in 2012 ! ive learned from my mistakes ! and ive made alot of great progress !! 2013 will be my year ! i have to start cutting and burning this body fat ! im motivated, i want this, i can do this, i have already proven so many wrong ! i will accomplish this !

  • Get to it! What are you doing for cardio days?

  • i do cardio daily. unless its leg day then its a no go on cardio.
    usually do 20 min on treadmill run for 3 min then walk for 1 min.
    ill do the same on the bike for 15 min.
    after my work out ill do 15 min on the stair climber.

well im on week 2 of kris G, 4 week DTP program !   im feeling great, ive been very motivated lately and the results are kicking in ! im seeing alot of growth and i see my stomach going away more and more !
