How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
3-4. It's enough to get a good pump.

Hey thanks for input man, preesh! I actually am starting on a 5x5 so it's good to know i'm starting out on right path heh! It's been forever since i've worked out so i'm thinkin my frustration mainly stems from being upset with myself for letting my body weakin so much... I just had to vent HA!

Thanks for leavin a comment on my blog!! The military has a list of banned supplements and I checked it and it was good to go! I haven't looked into the P6 Black yet, but right now I'm takin P6 Extreme and it's good!

Thanks for the comment. There is only one other chic there at my gym that lifts heavy. Her and I lift about the same weight. Only thing with her is she does not bench or squat the same. She does not bring the bar all the way down when benching nor does she come down far enough when squating. Which both drives me nuts when I see men and women cheating like that. They are wasting their time. Afterwards when that woman got done trying to show off I did giggle a little. (I know I am evil)LOL

Cool, lemme know how you like 'em. A friend is working up to them doing 5x20 and liking that. Its just a finisher, so keep the weight light and with good form. You'll have a real burn going usually about 40 reps in if you've got the right weight. Great for GH release and depleting the last glycogen stores.

haha they threatened me with that and he flipped... i hope they don't have to threaten again to get him out! they keep telling me how small i measure and they look worried, but then they send me for ultrasound and he's ahead of schedule in size! i hope he isn't too big to get out! haha... i bet your wife is ready to be done by now! i know i am!

hehe just remember every time you think you are scared, your wive's fears are three fold what yours are! hehe... my poor hubby has to listen to my random fear fits! was your wife a full fourty weeks the first time? i keep crossing my fingers for this to end just a little soon! i feel like i'm in the safety zone at this point so anyday is fine with me... lets get this over with! hehe
