Proper supplementation is KEY, so I take fish oil, whey protein, creatine and Hydroxycut Hardcore.
My program varies depending on how bored I get. Right now, I just finished week 1 of the Felicia Romero Muscle Building Program (I got it from here at Bodybuilding.com) and even though I have made some changes, I like what I have done so far and it works for me! In one week I lost 5 pounds (from 155 down to 150, woohoo!) and I am hoping I don't plateau, which sucks when it happens! I am eating right and watching and counting calories as well. My goal is to get to 135, so I can wear me sexy jeans on my vacation trip to the East Coast ;-)
