I need to get back down to 10% or less body fat, but at the same time add more strength and size than I've ever had.
Goal (Long):
Back in March 2009 I was pushing my highest numbers in my life- at the age of 31- and after working out most of my life. Summarily, a sports injury had me in surgery in early April to repair my wrist and I was laid up from April to August without being able to lift or even do cardio. I started back up with light weights in Aug 2009, testing my surgically repaired wrist and also purchased an Agile DMT X1 for my living room. September 2009 is when I've turned up the heat and I'm now back on creatine and counting my calories and protein intake. My goal is to take this second opportunity and transform my 6'1" frame into something around 8% body fat that can push up the most weight in my life.
