yeah, i know. I haven't had time to check out any shows and pulling around 10-12 hours a day at school is beating me senseless on my diet and stuff. It's hopefully just an unfortunate phase for now.

abs = diet and cardio i train them just like anything else. 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps of heavy weights once a week, like weighted decline crunches or cable rope crunches.

yep, workouts are going well, food is going well, making a good pound/week at least so I'm pretty pleased. we'll see if things peak out at 185 again, let's hope not! You getting ready for another show? your weight chart is going down...?

i've actually heard variations of that before. even when i was in contest shape and went to pose with a a few friends of mine (one of which was also competing) we hung out at a pool and then hit the posing later and he told me he wasn't worried about me until we started posing. I guess I just look very different posing than natural.

i actually used this "Bod Pod" air displacement chamber we have on campus that measures body volume and takes your weight and height into account. pretty darn accurate. other than that doing that once, i've not really cared much to determine it.

if that's you in the photo bro, the last thing you need to be doing is dieting down. you dont get ripped from being skinny, you get ripped from being jacked with low bodyfat. eat to grow man!

not really man, just cutting a bit for now trying to get into a little better shape for this shoot in a few weeks. I'm not going for contest prep though, way too much work to be doing while prepping for the MCAT. Just an FYI, if I get into OSU med school, we're gonna be roomies, lol!

probably, i've always been the one hounding people about workouts and eating and never get any of it myself.

just heavy ab work man. i've never done more than 4-5 sets/week and everything is 8-12 reps either doing cable rope crunches, decline DB crunches, or the occasional medicine ball twisting situps on a decline bench. nothing complicated, that and some tough dieting. good luck bro!

oh yea, and drink tons of water. forgot that essential. Hold off on the prohormones and such until you're 25, it's tempting, but not worth risking messing yourself up at a young age. Realize your genetic potential before you push past it.

well if you're new to the game, simple creatine, whey, and flax is really all you need. supps are way overrated. eat and lift. and yes, i'm naturally low BF never really been above maybe 10%, but i did have to cut for 10 weeks to prep for the show
