When I Started:
Jan, 2005
How I Started:
Got tired of being a 136 pound cross country runner. Lifted some off and on in high school, but never gained any weight. Finally, a friend pointed me to ** and I got into supplements and the forum there and things just took off. The rest is history. Check the video for details.
Why I Love It:
The pump, cause it's better than cumming.
Plus there's nothing more satisfying than giving 110% on an exercise and setting a new PR. I've been known to pump fists and jump off the bench after a new PR on occasion.
How I Stay Motivated:
Talking about BBing and sharing my knowledge with others, coaching other people, and above all seeing the changes in myself.
BB Accomplishments:
See my competition results.
Gaining 34 pounds in my first year of training.
