Overall Goal: WELL I RUN TRACK & I PLAY FOOTBALL & I ALSO WORKOUT A LOT .I WORK OUT EVERY DAY ON A DAILY BASIC.MY MAX IN BENCH PRESS IS 395 & SQUAT IS 555 .I ONLY WEIGHT 165 & I STAND AT 5,7 .WHEN IM NOT LIFTING WEIGHTS I WOULD DO A LOT OF PULL UP

WHEN I WAS 12 YEARS OF AGE I WAS REALLY INTO WATCHIN BODY BUILDING & COMPETATION HOPIN THAT SOME DAY I CAN SEE MY SELF UP THERE SO AT 13 I START DOING ABOUT 50 PUSH UPS STRAIGHT FOR THE WHOLE YEAR UNTIL I WAS ABOUT TO INCREASE IT UP YEAR AFTER YEAR,I ALSO DID A LOT OF RUNNING & PLAYING LOT OF SPORTS ,BUT OTHER TIME I WOULD JUSS WANNA GO & LIFT WEIGHT FOR FUN & THEN I GUESS I WOULD WORKOUT A LOT EVERY DAY & THEN BY 2005 THAT'S WHEN I BEGIN TO SEE INPROVEMENT.WHAT U NEED TO KNOW IS THAT I WAS NEVER TRAINED BY ANYONE IM 20 YEARS OF AGE & I'VE BEEN TRAINING MY SELF SINCE AGE 13 SO I KNOW IT ALL & BY 2007 THAT'S WHERE I WAS ABLE TO LOOK AT MY SELF EVERY DAY & SEE HOW MUCH WORK IT TOO FOR ME TO GET BIG
