WHEN I WAS 12 YEARS OF AGE I WAS REALLY INTO WATCHIN BODY BUILDING & COMPETATION HOPIN THAT SOME DAY I CAN SEE MY SELF UP THERE SO AT 13 I START DOING ABOUT 50 PUSH UPS STRAIGHT FOR THE WHOLE YEAR UNTIL I WAS ABOUT TO INCREASE IT UP YEAR AFTER YEAR,I ALSO DID A LOT OF RUNNING & PLAYING LOT OF SPORTS ,BUT OTHER TIME I WOULD JUSS WANNA GO & LIFT WEIGHT FOR FUN & THEN I GUESS I WOULD WORKOUT A LOT EVERY DAY & THEN BY 2005 THAT'S WHEN I BEGIN TO SEE INPROVEMENT.WHAT U NEED TO KNOW IS THAT I WAS NEVER TRAINED BY ANYONE IM 20 YEARS OF AGE & I'VE BEEN TRAINING MY SELF SINCE AGE 13 SO I KNOW IT ALL & BY 2007 THAT'S WHERE I WAS ABLE TO LOOK AT MY SELF EVERY DAY & SEE HOW MUCH WORK IT TOO FOR ME TO GET BIG STATS: PUSH UPS:80 STRAIGHT PULLUPS:25 STRAIGHT SIT UPS:150 STRAIGHT BENCH PRESS:395 MAX AT AGE 20 & 225 AT AGE 16,225 REPS 15 TIMES SQUATS:555 40 YARDS:4.3 SEC 55METER:6.4 SEC 60 METER:6.8 SEC 100:10.5 SEC POWER CLEAN:205 DIPS:40 SETS DEADLIFT:305
