The worst i've ever looked. Can you say 38% bodyfat or 70lbs or bodfat.. Yea, it was bad. Around 225ish in this pic.
Bout to start P90X in a couple days.. i just got done working out in this pic.

I want to keep leaning out and maintain as much muscle as possible for now. Once i'm down to about 6 to 7% bodyfat, i want to start bulking. I'm not trying to be a bodybuilder/fitness model.. just want to be in shape and of course.. turn a few heads here and there. lol!!

I have been doing horrible. I have not even been on this site since November. I just got back on and am doing Bill Phillips Transformation Challenge. I will be on here regularly and will need everyone's support. I am basically starting over. :(
