can you give me any any suggestions for someone who is recovering from an injury. I broke my elbow skating, and I can't really lift heavy since. have a great week

thanks man.. its a long hard road to get to 208 down from 255 :). I just started working out on my own so learning some different excercises with free weights is intimidating (free weight squats, barbell row, Romanian dead lifts etc)
