I went from 145 pounds to 132 pounds. There is more developement in my abdominals in this competition than the one in March.

Even with a bloated belly I can see some of my abs, just not as sharply as I want. I hope to get them even more defined by September.

Just checking..Decided to hop in the Hard Body Competition and it's tomorrow (9/20/08). Haven't worked out or eaten right but just want to have some fun so I am entering.

Competition went well. Routine was mimiked after Kai Green's white mask routine. Won best routine, weight class, and over all female champion. It was close though. Don't think I will just hop in a competition for the heck of it anymore.

35 days of eating hamburgers, chili cheese fries, soda, and candy. I wanted to see the drastic change of not working out and eating junk for 30 days...not a good picture!
