How I Started:
Got back into the gym as a way to relieve stress after I was kicked to the curb! After that I saw some pictures of females who entered Hardbody competitions here in Iraq and knew I had to show what a real Hardbody was.
Why I Love It:
I use to watch bodybuilding and fitness competitions as a kid and wanted to do it. Funny how God says He will give us everything we desire.....that really is true because everything I desire I have been blessed to receive or do.
How I Stay Motivated:
God continues to be my main motivator. I do have a new motivation though! After my workout partner suddenly wanted to workout soley I want to bust my chops and show my ex partner that even without help, I am continuing to build muscle and look better than before!!!
BB Accomplishments:
New squat max is 255! Still have a long way to go before squatting 315 pounds!!!

Yeah im enjoying it. Funny how being over there makes you appreciate the little things more. Finally getting some much needed lifting in. The transition made me lose a few training days but Im back into it again stronger than ever. How about you? When do you get back.

Things are going well with me. Just like you said, it could always be better. I am debating on if I should take a week off. I really need the rest but I may just finish this week out.
