drop about 20lbs so I can be all that for my husband and be able to keep up with my daughter.
Goal (Long):
I never really had a problem with my weight. I joined the Army in Jan of 05 weighing 142lbs. I lost 24lbs. throughout training. When I got to my first duty station, I was only 118lbs. I met my husband and one year later I gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Well, during my whole pregnancy, I gained like 50 lbs! I'm only 5'1''! I've been putting off getting back how I used to be, but this year is going to be different. My husband does his best to tell me that I'm fine the way I am, but if I'm not happy with my body I plan to do something about it.

I like having a workout partner because he keeps me focused and I always try to beat him in everything.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I take out old pictures of me before I became pregnant to see where i can go back to and I also look at pics of my daughter so she can be proud of me and so I can keep up with her.

Girl, come on and Smile!!!!!! You have lots to be happy about!:) I know the road seems long and sometimes very frustrating..but trust me, take it one day at a time..1 lb at a time and i'm not kidding they all add up!! You can do it and you WILL do it!:) Always remember that you are BEAUTIFUL inside and out..Love yourself for who you are and make the changes necessary to get to your goal!!:) I can't wait to see more of your progress and journey:) Best to you :)
