Overall Goal: Screw it. Let's bust the sleeves wide open. While we're at it, let's burst the seams with a chest so big. At this stage, "bigger" isn't big enough.
I got sick of off n' on shitty workouts in my bedroom and decided in my sophomore year to get serious. It was more of the "I want to be muscular" idea than "I want to look like (insert name here)."
Why I Love It:
I'm never stressed after I hit the gym for an hour. If I am before, it's the cure-all for everything. The pump is great, the vascularity is amusing, and I feel better every day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Every "passing glance" (linger) in the mirror boosts my self-esteem; Every minute spent on this site lowers it. I try not to settle for "okay." I just want to get ripped, get shredded... However you want to phrase it.
BB Accomplishments:
Forum Signature:
Invest in your body because, in the end, if you have nothing else, you still have your body. Take care of it, too, because the organ aftermarket is very selective, and you can only be immortal if part of you lives on, even if it is in someone else's body. They'll be grateful you made the investment.
Screw it. Let's bust the sleeves wide open. While we're at it, let's burst the seams with a chest so big. At this stage, "bigger" isn't big enough.
Goal (Long):
I've been skinny my entire life, and I want to be respected for something other than my wit and "heart." I want more muscle, but it has to be lean. I'll keep gaining until I feel like my proportions are getting too awkward.
'Had an awkward moment at the Cincinnati WEBN fireworks Saturday night. I was walking down the path behind Serpentine Wall and, out of nowhere, one girl in a group of three bolted at me screaming, "Hey, muscles!" and proceeded to squeeze my bicep with both hands for a split second...
Well man just looking @ you. You look light with low BF. It is hard to say with out seeing your entire regiment. I would think focusing on power training, using heavy weights for a couple months and bumping your calories up (especially Carbs) would help. Make sure you are fully fueled and and well rested for every work out. 4-5 days of working out per wk maximum.

early on, all I did was bench, incline dumbbell press, and smith decline. That built some outer and lower pec thickness. Now I am trying to bring up my upper and inner pecs. I alternate between dumbell and barbell press for incline and flat bench. I do a lot of hammer strength incline and dumbbell incline flies. I use the fly machine a lot too for high reps at the end of my workouts. I hit chest every 4 days for around 16 sets.
