When I Started: Sep, 2002
How I Started: Working out though my father. Havent passed him up yet. Athletics during high school. Wanted to get stronger ultimately, was never worried about my body weight. Now that I've got that college degree under my belt, out to help people achieve their fitness goals. Working on making gains each time I step into the gym.
Why I Love It: Looking good and feeling good. Getting the blood pumping and/or breaking a good sweat. Having people do double takes when I walk by. Setting myself apart from the average guy in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated: Look in the mirror and ask if you like what you see. Once I get where I like, I want to stay there. The hardest thing isnt getting to the top, its staying there that takes a toll.

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
The one that uses a bench or a machine for 30 minutes and does maybe 2 sets total.
