Reason: My Vitamin D intake is only ~80% of the RDA, so I take this every other day or so to insure proper Vitamin D levels. All of my other micro-nutrients are obtained via food, and exceed the RDA.

Reason: I take BCAA's mostly b/c of the Leucine. Leucine is shown in research to promote protein synthesis: i.e. it is involved in building muscle =) If I am cutting BCAA's make me feel better when I'm training b/c I feel there are some amino acids coming in that will help reduce catabolism (muscle breakdown).

Reason: The phosphogen system is the primary fuel during high intensity muscle contractions, so making sure my creatine stores are full only helps me complete these types of movements.
