Wow you look great! Good luck with your cutting cycle. I'm cutting too trying to eat good and making good progress anyways good luck and keep up the hard work!

Yeah it's a burn out set I try to go as heavy as I can for 6-8 reps then failure. Then I drop about half the weight and burn out the muscle. It is a butt kicker!
