My goal is to lower my body fat and gain 15 pounds of muscle. Be happy with what I see because I'am my worst critic.
Goal (Long):
I have been working out for many years. The problem I run into is my diet. I plan on watching my diet very close. I want to be at a good weight for me with 12% body fat and get the six pack I have always wanted. I know this will take 100% effort on my part and with support from friends, family and co-workers I will accomplish my goals!!!

I did the MuscleTech body challenge. First of all this is one of the hardest things I have every done. I really didn't know that there was so much to do for bodybuilding than just lifting weights. I think I have made some huge changes and plan on keeping up the hard work and packing on some...

thanks man i just changed my diet to a high protein diet, with a bit of carbs to keep me active a bit of red meat with a lot of white. tryin to beef up to about 215 to 230 i think i would look nice if i was that size

Feb 4th I'll post mine partner. I've been doin pretty good in the gym. I have up'ed my cardio to twice a day now. Once after my workout, and right when I get home from work. Not a whole lot to report, but I do feel one hell of a lot stronger than I did when I started!!
