Workout Program:
I've been lifting weights for just over a year. This is what I have done so far:

For my first 3-4 months:
A: Chest/Back/Bis/Calves
B: Quads/Hams/Shoulders/Tris
5 sets per "part"
Day 1: High rep A; Day 2: High rep B
Day 3: Mod rep A; Day 4: Mod rep B
Day 5: Low rep A; Day 6: Low rep B
REST & REPEAT!

Next 3-4 months:
Push/Pull/Legs with 2 compound exercises per day followed by a couple isos
1-2x/week frequency

Then, 3 months of:
Bill Starr's Intermediate 5x5:

Figure prep consisted of a pretty complicated 2-phased program - see journal if interested.

Currently:
Olympic weightlifting
- snatches, clean and jerks, squats
- occasional assistance exercises
