How I Started:
I was on a track and field scholarship at Notre College of Ohio, my roommate while on campus was a wrestler. He placed 5th in the State of Ohio. After my freshman year he invited me to workout with him one day, so I went. I would bearly get 70 punds up on bench press, ever since then I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
Working out takes me away from everything that's going on in my life. I turn on the MP3 player and hit the weights as hard as I can.The second reason is that my fiancee' loves my body! Working out gives me a sense of confidense(sorta strange but it does) I like the way my body looks.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try new supplements, keep new music on the MP3 player, and i also get motivaion from hearing my fiancee' and her girlfriends and other women say how nice of a body I have. (I'm humble with the compliments!)
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining over 40 punds of muscle in 4 years. I was 165 when I started working out! For my build that's an accomplishment I ran cross country in college until I gain the muscle and then I had to convert to a sprinter!
