Workout Program:
Mondays
Tuesdays
Wednesdays
Thursdays
Saturdays
Sundays ....
I do cardio (run on treadmill, elipitcal, stair climber) for 25-35 minutes on an empty stomach. Then I stretch for about 5-10 minutes... I'm not saying its the best, but its what I've read to be beneficial.

Sundays
Chest/Triceps/Ab s

Tuesdays
Back/Biceps/Calves

Thursdays
Legs/ Shoulders/Abs
