This is disgusting. Even though this picture makes my stomach turn, it was neceesary. I never felt as fat as I look, (210 lbs) but now that I'm training, it just sickens me. BUT YOU GOTTA START SOMEWHERE!!!!
not following nutrtion like i want to be, but still training 3X a week with cardio 4 times. I don't know what I'm waiting for to get it together :(
I would like to lose about 40lbs of fat and feel confident in my body!
Goal (Long):
I want to kick ass.. ok not really kick ass, but feel like I could if I wanted to. I want to show my family that a healthy lifestyle is attainable, and that it is all in your attitude. I'm not saying I'm going to be a competetive dedicated bodybuilder, but I want to have a physique that shows off my work and dedication to healhty choices. I would like to lose 40lbs so I can be at most 170lbs. If I lose, more, than that's ok, but I want to have definition and with that the confidence to not fear life... to be able to do things without fear of being too big or not strong enough. I want to LIVE!!!!
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
It helps me stay on track---like I am accountable to my word that I am going to meet a goal (that made sense in my head).

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
I really don't feel qualified to give advice just yet. This website has been amazing. I have had my bad days, but for the most part, I have been training for about a month and half now!! I just try to envision my long term goal and see myself as a new person in my new home. I can't wait!! I really don't feel qualified to give advice just yet. This website has been amazing. ok so it's been more than a month since my last blog. it hasn't been a month i've been proud of, but i got back on track for myself. i got that nasty flu for like 4 days straight. i was pissed off to have a fever and not have the energy to do anything... So after I recovered, I didn't work...
Mondays
Tuesdays
Wednesdays
Thursdays
Saturdays
Sundays ....
I do cardio (run on treadmill, elipitcal, stair climber) for 25-35 minutes on an empty stomach. Then I stretch for about 5-10 minutes... I'm not saying its the best, but its what I've read to...
Peace for all who are trouble....
Grace for all who are needy....
Courage for all who fear....
Strengh for all who are weary....
Faith for all who are seeking....
Hope for all who are uncertain....
Protection for all who serve....
Wisdom for all who lead....
