Goal (Long):
I have always been a little bit soft and I really want that to change. In the past 6 months, I have started working out and trying to eat as healthy as possible. So far I have improved my strength and changed the shape of my body. My current goals include losing overall body fat and keeping a tight body. I would really love to lose a couple of inches on my waist, where I still have a little fat pocket over my abs. To achieve my goals, I weight train 5-6 days a week and do cardio at least 4 times per week:)
Ultimately, I would like to have 10% bodyfat and maybe take a couple inches off my waist, which hasn't budged since I started!
So I really need to drop some fat and it seems like nothing is working. I weight train 6 times a week and try to do 45-60 minutes of cardio per day. I like doing cardio, so please do not suggest that I do less. I need to know how low my calorie intake can possibly go with that much...
just wanted to say hi and if you ever have questions or need help drop a line. You are lucky to start this early in your life. treat exercise like brushing your teeth...it should be a part of who you are and then its easy to maintain throughout your life...:)
