started working out in july of 2008. didn't know wtf i was doing until about 3 months ago. now that i've switched my diet and routine up and done some research i've noticed a huge difference in gains. that difference is what motivates me
Why I Love It:
everything about it. from the burning pain of pushing out that one last rep to break your preconceived notion of your own limits, to the swag and pimp-mindedness that throwin heavy weight gives you with the ladies, and to the constant boost of my sex drive, working out is my favorite drug

Goal (Long):
I want to shred about 10-15 pounds of fat off my body and maintain a sub-11% BF level. I will do this by March 2009. I want to look like an animal by the end of summer, ultimately having 8-9% BF and being ~200lbs.
