looked in the mirror and said "damn, i'm hella sexy." i didn't even need to workout. i just walked in the gym, stared at the weights, and used them in my mind. i became even sexier.
Why I Love It:
i like staring at the mirror while flexing my sexy self, resisting the urge to kiss my reflection when i am super pumped. don't be jealous

when sexy girls add me on myspace because of my default. yeah, that's right.

Goal (Long):
I want to shred about 10-15 pounds of fat off my body and maintain a sub-11% BF level. I will do this by March 2009. I want to look like an animal by the end of summer, ultimately having 8-9% BF and being ~200lbs.
