My nutrition program is very simple; 40/40/20 split so that I can focus on fat burning and maintaining my muscle.
Nutrition Program
Protein = 300g
Carbohydrates = 225g
Essential Fats = 100g
I will adjust this accordingly if the weight loss slows down, mostly by adjusting calories or carbohydrates over time.
