I have always been interested in lifting and working out, but I haven't been consistant. April of 2007, my husband had a heart attack. Since that day, I knew I would have to be the stronger one in the relationship (physically and mentally.) So I made the decision to change myself and use my "assets" to benefit our family.
Why I Love It:
Working out builds strength in my mind and body. I feel great and energized.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation comes in various ways. Husband, kids, myself, photos, goals, dreams...take your pick. They all work together to keep me going.
BB Accomplishments:
Knowing my body, inches lost/gained are how I determine progress. After two weeks of hard work, I had already lost 3.25" from my body.(would have been more, but my biceps grew ;-))
I will be a Fitness Professional by Winter 2009. I will be a motivational speaker. I will be a Black Diamond in Mona Vie. I will help millions of people become who they want to be.

I want to LOSE 30 lb
