How I Started:
I've done bits and pieces in the gym off and on over the past 6 or 7 years but only like once or twice a week, (and had some year long breaks in that time too) so training wasn't anything to shout about. Was summer 2009 started hitting it hard, 5-7 days a week. Results coming thick and fast!!
Why I Love It:
I love seeing my body changing whether it's muscle gain or tone. It's a huge project with no ending wondering exactly how my body will end up looking. I love the feel good factor i get from it too, a heavy training session leaves me feeling happy and relaxed
How I Stay Motivated:
My main motivation comes from seeing bodybuilders both male and female and thinking how awesome it looks. I stay motivated in general by seeing gains and knowing in my mind exactly the look i want to achieve. It helps too that i enjoy hitting the gym and look forward to getting there for some mind blowing pumps.

Goal (Long):
I think my goal is achievable as long as i constantly push myself, eat right, and get my sleep i should be able to put on the muscle I want and hit my bodyfat goal.
Just hit legs hard this morning, 6 sets of squats, 6 sets of calf raises, 6 sets of ham curls, 6 sets of extensions, and 6 sets of leg presses. Jelly legs after that but hey hardcore is hardcore! Did 100 ab crunches too, and a quick bicep blast as i felt pumped with Nitric Oxide ;-)
dude kickass new tatt ... I've been thinking about possibly, maybe, perhaps getting inked! haha ... First I have to find a design that I can live with and means something 'cause I HATE needles bro.
awe man, I didn't know you suffered an injury, that SUCKS! What happened? So yeah try to sustain a proper diet during this "down" time. You can do this bro.
Weird ive had wrist pain too! well its my hand really.. i'm seeing the doctor tomorrow to try and get it sorted out! worried it has arthritis!
