I decided to start joining my friends at their house when they lifted, I was always quite disapointed with how frail i was.
Why I Love It:
It is great for stress relief, as well as the added benefit of making yourself a healthier, stronger human being.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of all of the things in my past that have lead me to failure and use that as fuel to never fail again.

My goal is to become bigger and stronger, but above all else i want to be in the best physical condition i can possibly be in.
Goal (Long):
I have always been disappointed with how scrawny i have appeared and finally have made the decision to start changing that. I have just recently started to lift weights seriously, and taking protein with no other supplements/vitamins besides those in my diet.
hmm? sounds a little funky. maybe the weights at your friends house are just different, or the bar is different. surprisingly with the right bar i can put up more. keep at it though man, tons of us have been in that position, stay motivated and get a good steady work out partner
