How I Started:
I got started working out because i had lost a lot of fat, but had no muscle left becaue i lost so much without weightlifting at all. I got myself into pretty decent shape, but have now fallen way way away from where i want to be, as i have skyrocketed up to 245 pounds. I need help, and fast.
Why I Love It:
It gives you energy, a great sense of accomplishment, and you feel generally better about yourself
How I Stay Motivated:
I need to find a way to find motivation, i hate where i am rite now but i keep messing up...
BB Accomplishments:
i guess my biggest accomplishment was when i went from 230 lbs of fat to 160 lbs of nothing, and up to 195 with same bf as when i was at 160.

Nice, check out my new one. Posted it today. Alot of bulking on mass workouts not much strength. I dont know what your going for these days, but im going to take a wild guess and say loose weight. lol. Cut that **** just build a frame then cut the weight. you cut weight now, youll b a lil guy, but thats just me assuming your trying to cut.
nice, im gonna have to take some progress pics at your house. havent taken any since the shaved head. i'd prolly look like a BA mofo. looks like youve gained a lil bit more muscle... c some striation and sep in the back muscles fer sure. keep it up.
hey pal...whatever you do don't look down on yourself man...everybodys different....keep doing what your doing and BE CONSISTENT! trust me I've been lifting since I was 8 but on and off I could've made the same gains in 2 years consistently...so keep with it man never give up..u need any help with it or advice comment me...don't sweat the small stuff.
