How I Started:
My older brother told me when I was going into 7th grade that I should start lifting. He knew a kid that had gotten huge by starting out that early and never stopping. I didn't really take his advice and I seriously regret it. I lifted during weights class in high school but nothing real intense. After high school I read a book called "Making the Game" by HHH. That kind of got me going. I've always looked up to WWE superstars. When I transferred back home for college I got a job at GNC and started to work with a guy that was as into lifting as I was. That really got me motivated and that's how I got here.
Why I Love It:
It gives you a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction that you are working hard towards something and seeing yourself improve along the way. You're fighting for something better and not settling with the mediocre.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading new things and remembering my role models. I like to change things up every now and then and always look toward my ultimate goals.

I want to put on 10 lbs. of muscle during this summer. I want to be bigger. I've always looked up to Superstars in the WWE so naturally I want to be jacked. I want to put on the weight in muscle. I have extremely low body fat so I'm not too concerned about that going up too much along the way. I'll do what it takes to achieve this goal.
Today I hit the gym legit for the first time in a while. The workout was nothing special but unlike what I’ve been doing for the past month it can at least be called a workout. I’ve hit a deep rut and basically lost all motivation. I got really sick in late April and ever since...
Since I can no longer have easy access to spikes any more, I went and bought some spike tablets.....Love em bro! crack in a pill and make you feel like a million bucks..
dude, life is just totally gay right now. work is taking everything out of me, can barely study or workout because im either too tired or sleeping.. cant quit, then I cant pay bills...but if this keeps going the way it is I definately wont be passing my NASM exam, FML!
Yes sir! Been doin alot of boxing and things outside, like plyos and sprints, lifting like 4-5 days a week. kinda learning that less time in the gym=more strength. CHA is legit though!
alright, this weekend sucked with all the work, then been helpin my dad on the farm, so diet has been off, sleep has been off, and lifts are down. I'll get back in it, How are things with you? hows GNC?

abasolutely awesome to see the changes . I am hooked! I get cranky when I have to take a rest day..... dude I am so close to serious physique change I can taste it, a few new pics up 1-2 days from now just to see where I am at , big check in a month
hey man can I ask you a question? could you name for me th etop 5 magazines in your opinion for exercise/fitness/bodybuilding. if you were going to subscribe to 5 magazines which would they be ? those that inspire you and give you solid advice and solid inspiartion etc ?
