How I Started:
I've always been a fan of pro wrestling. Lifted a little in high school but nothing serious. I read a book called "Making the Game" by HHH and the rest is history. I love working out and nutrition really interests me.
Why I Love It:
It gives you a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction that you are working hard towards something and seeing yourself improve along the way. You're fighting for something better and not settling with the mediocre. Being healthy is always a plus too.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading new things and remembering my role models. I like to change things up every now and then and always look toward my ultimate goals.

I want to put on 10 lbs. of muscle during this summer. I want to be bigger. I've always looked up to Superstars in the WWE so naturally I want to be jacked. I want to put on the weight in muscle. I have extremely low body fat so I'm not too concerned about that going up too much along the way. I'll do what it takes to achieve this goal.
I've got nothin right now. The only time I get a good workout is when I go with someone to the gym. When its just me I don't even want to be there. Problem is, I'm not going to be able to get a workout partner so throw that option out the window. If anyone's got suggestions on how to...

glad to hear your on the right track mate. last few days at work have been mental.training is good but cos of work,very sparadic! feel very lethargic today,couldnt train today,just core work,chest tomorrow hopefully! work permitting!
well just from riding my bike, makes me want to do more cardio....like running, swimming, biking. Would almost like to do a sprint triathalon. I got blood tests done and cholestorol was outta whack. Makes me wanna work my heart more.
nah man....around 170. ridin my bike everyday, and all the walking keeps me from putting on weight. srengths there, wanna get back into awsome cardio and endurance shape.
I will get new measurements soon and then post them. if the scale in the gym is right I am 160 now and 14.5% bf I am only 5 lbs short of my body weight goal! I am still going for 8% bf Its crazy that I am this light now. my clothes are all to big my waist is an easy 33 inch now . I might actually get to 30-32in. I am psyched .. I can't believe I kept losing weight even when i took a break .
life is happening... dont know how good it is... Been riding my bike to school, bout 7 miles there.... eating all the good stuff in the cafeteria and lifting 7 days a week, no particular routine, sometimes even 4 bodyparts in a day.... just kinda going with it. hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!

weights usually 5 sometimes 4 or 6, I just go By feel. I try to hit everything twice a week but this heavy lifting, takes so much more for me to recover... im always sore
