Well I actually started lifting in freshman year of high school but I never really cared about it. So I stopped going. But I have always been a skinny kid my whole life and I didn't really eat at all during the day and didn't get any rest. But after high school I decided I wanted to go into the military. And I needed to be in shape for boot camp so I started lifting and running again and I actually turned out to like it. Now I am on a meal plan and a weight lifting program to gain muscle.
Why I Love It:
I never liked the way I looked always too skinny so I like to watch my body change and that gives me confidence and helps me out with alot. And I love getting strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just look at my self in the mirror to see how much I have changed and I just stick with positive thoughts all the time which helps me out a lot.
BB Accomplishments:
Well I used to be 130 lbs. and now I made my way up to 169. And pretty much every time I am at the gym I go up in a lot of weight.
