stevep78 4 days are good, 5 is better..: Day 1: Legs Day 2: Delts/Traps Day 3: Bis/Tris Day 4: off Day 5: Back Day 6: Chest. If 4 is all, then put bis with back, tris with chest.. Dec 7, 2009 8:12pm
