I notice that you "love jogging" those are some strong words, lol. I would say that I have a love hate relationship with it. I dont look forward to it but when I start its like I have to follow through with the chanllenge. How do you stay motivated about joggin?
Hey girl, nice to know that I inspire. I just wish I could inspire myself. I need constant motivation to get through this its like I start up one thing and never follow through. But I would love to continue chatting with you and who knows maybe you will be my inspiration.
Hey Michelle I just joined and we are going to have to motivate each other cuz I myself will need it. I still have to post pics but i will do that asap..J
CONSISTANCY! it makes all the difference and constantly changing it up....it is not always about HOW MUCH you are doing....so mch as WHAT you do. I don't spend a lot of time in the gym at all actually....60-90 minutes at te very most! It is all about know the pieces of your puzzle and putting the together to get the "picture" or Physique you want!
Awww you’re so sweet, thanks! Through out this whole weight loss journey, running/jogging has been my secret weapon 4 weight loss, because it burs the most calories in the least amount of time and also gets your body cardiovascular fit in a very short space of time!
When are you looking to reach your goal weight and what is your training like to get you there?
