man--your progress sounds amazing. you should update your profile and include someof your workout details. to be able to increase your muscle mass and maintain definition is a freakin' dream. i'd knock someone down a flight of stairs to get the def you have in your avi. can't imagine another 35 pounds of lean muscle mass. keep hitting it hard, brother.
