How I Started:
I was referred to this site from a friend. After a friend died at the young age of 33 I new I needed to make a change.
Why I Love It:
Still getting the feel for working out and looking at ways to stay "with it".
How I Stay Motivated:
After just a few days of eating healthy and going to the gym I feel better and can feel that I have more energy and don't feel like crap ALL THE TIME!

OK I've goofed off for a long time now. It's time to get serious about a life change. One major accomplishment I've made in the last few months is quitting smoking. Now its time to really make a change and turn my life around.

Welcome you to Bb.com. I wish you all the best as you work towards your fitness goal. I got my body transformation and lost over 50 lb’s in just 12 weeks by following the 12 week Body for Life program, it is not super easy but not so hard that you can’t achieve your goals.
