Eat big to get big, this idea was always in the back of my mind. Although, a couple of years ago, I wasn't always eating the healthiest foods.. Now that I am eating ealthier, i feel sooo much better!
This is an example of my daily meals
Meal 1 - 6:00
4-5 Egg Whites
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
~250ml Orange Juice
Meal 2 - 9:00
Protein Shake
Apple
Almonds
Meal 3 - 12:00
Rice
Chicken
Vegetables
Meal 4 - 15:00 (Pre Workout)
2 slices Oatmeal Bread
Sliced meat (Chicken or turkey)
or
Garden Salad
Meal 5 - 18:00
Protein Shake
Lean Meat
Vegetables
Meal 6 - 21:00
Casein Protein

Alright - So it's 2013, the start of a new year, the start of something new. It's time to hit the gym harder than ever! I've realised, about one year ago, how important nutrition is towards reaching your fitness goals. People say nutrition is about 70% and training is about 30%.
