when i was younger in about 5th grade i would do curls with a 10lb weight thinking it might add some muscle to me and sure enough it did and i just went from there but i didnt start seriously working out untill 9th grade and im currently in 12th
Why I Love It:
stress relief, making my body better, more healthfull

Just the thought about getting bigger and out lifting my friends who are 2-3 years older then me

Lucky lol. I guess Imma start relying on Dumb bells rather than the ususal Flat&Incline bench. I just started adding Dumb bell flyes to my chest routine, and it felt good as hell yesterday... I noticed my shoulders/triceps play too much of a role when benching..it sucks badly =(
