How I Started:
I got hired at the Y to get a break on my membership. My job was cleaning the fitness center. A strength training class was being held the same time I cleaned. Started taking the class, then helping with the class, then getting certified and now teach my own classes!
Why I Love It:
I want to be healthy and set a good example for my daughters. I want to show them how to set a goal and achieve positive results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is a daily struggle for me. To be honest right now I think I am only going to the gym out of habit

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
It has helped me get people motivated to workout. Especially the women my age. I don't know that it's helped my career though.

If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I use a written journal and also workout tracker on here. I use the written journal so I can keep track of weights and such and it's easy to take wherever I work out. The workout tracker is helpful to see when I do a PR, plus when I workout at my studio, I fill it out as I go.I use a written journal and also workout tracker on here.
