Why I Love It: Well since weight training actually produces visible results there isn't any reason not to love it other than I'll live longer, my joints will be healthier and I'll have a higher metabolism and better hormone profile as I age.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): To just reach a goal for now, but seriously I want to lose a little more of the belly and chest fat then I want to bulk up.
Goal (Long): So now here I am again. I've been too busy at work and with other aspects of my life to put any work into myself. My goal right now is to change that up completely. I have to learn not to allow things to stand in my way, including my perceived lack of time to work out, etc. I quit smoking!! Used Chantix, it really does work. Since I'm more or less an ecto I know I'll never be very big but I'm after a little more mass, less fat and a tight fit body with some slices here and there. I'll get there. I just have to continue to keep the promises I make to myself and to others.
