meligarzon Well, workout is not a problem for me I love it, I was doing fasted cardio every morning and at night I would do weights and 20 minutes of cardio but then I ended up SO sleepy so I don't do fasted cardio everyday anymore. The thing is the meal plan, eating 6 times a day and measuring and no salt or sugar.. HARD! Apr 26, 2013 12:19am

meligarzon Better to take it easy on the shoulder, you don't want to be super injured in the long run :S.. I just started this new meal plan and workout plan, is it too impatient if I am stressed that I have not seen any changes in just two weeks??? UGH! Apr 24, 2013 2:12pm

DrLynn Hiya sweet trooper! Happy Thursday over there. All is well with me. I've been enjoying my workouts and been eating like a horse. lol...it's true. I just cut back a little since I know the warm weather is just around the corner. I honestly can't wait. It's been chilly for so long. I'm ready for a change. Hope you're doing well. 4Jade stress, tight muscles and nerve issues.. job related from repetitive movements throughout the years messed up neck and back. But I just don't sit long periods of time behind the computer and keyboard to avoid the pain and stretch more often. Apr 11, 2013 9:52am

bgelliott you are the first person I've met who has no interest in going to Vegas. It's a great place to get away without kids. We keep it low key, pool during the day, dinner and drinks at night...little gambling but not much. Then you have Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, Hoover Dam...all fun places to check out during the day. Apr 10, 2013 12:29pm

Already went once last month...lol My dad lives in Vegas so we take the kids to visit a few times a year and then we have our annual adult only trip with friends from Texas and North Carolina. bgelliott Yeah I'm getting back on the horse myself for summer. I have 2 vegas trips planned and I am nowhere near in the bikini shape I want to be in. My diet is perfect right now and I'm getting back to my regular workouts like I was before. Can't waste any more time or I will be the fat chick at the pool...lol Apr 9, 2013 12:53pm
