How I Started:
I've always had a fast metabolism, but when I turned nineteen food decided to start affecting my body. Working out is how I stayed in shape and then it just became a lifestyle and something I loved.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself, its a lifestyle, a hobby, and it keeps me healthy!
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching the changes with my own eyes. Seeing the way my clothes fit differently or being able to wear something that maybe a month ago I wouldnt dare pick up. Those are the things I think of everytime I'm tempted to cheat or skip a day at the gym.
To build a bit more muscle mass, lower my body fat %, and tone my lower body more.
Goal (Long):
More lean muscle and strength, more rips =) , more prominent and defined legs/calves, and a slightly bigger and firmer bum.
When I stretch, I want to be more flexible.
I want to beable to withstand more hard core cardio to build strength and endurance.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not knowing how to lift properly or too much weight. My lower back is very messed up, and sometimes after lifting it just hurts regardless!

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Without giving this much thought, I guess I would have to say Madonna. She is ripped, has lean muscle mass, is strong, and extremely flexible. Why? Because I want to be all of these things!
