Carolyn inspires me so much! She is someone I look up to as a role model because she has achieved so much and reached her goals with motivation and dedication in everything! 4 weeks of detraining is equal to what seems to be a year of not working out! To me at least! Dang it's like starting all over from the beginning from Scratch! UUUGGGHHH!
