How I Started:
i've been complaining for a long time about gaining weight since my husband got home from iraq last time. and i was tired of it so finally did something about it
Why I Love It:
after starting i'm noticing that i have a lot more energy now throughout the day. i used to take naps in the middle of the day and sleep in even if i went to bed early. doesn't happen anymore. and i love seeing the results!
How I Stay Motivated:
well my number one motivator is my husband. not only is it that he pushes me to exercise and be healthy. but i just generally want to look good for him.
another thing is that i put my skinny jeans out and once a week i try every single one on. and i love watching that pile dwindle down and being able to put the bigger ones up on my shelf in my closet.

i reached 125 and i'm a size 5 now and i want to stay here. just tone up a bit more.
Goal (Long):
i just want to be comfortable again. i've been too skinny at one point. in high school i did tennis and barely ate. i was only 110 lbs and all skin and bones. then got out of school, stopped exercising and gained weight. hit the gym and got to a very happy 125, and size 3 jeans. then i stopped again and ballooned up to 145! i'm now at 125 and size 5. and i'm very happy at this point. in fact, so happy i want to stay. to get to those size 3's i'd have to sacrifice my ass, literally. and i really like the curves of my hips too.
my husband says he's happy with me at any weight, but wants me to be healthy. but i just want to be skinny again!

Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
i take hydroxycut. i don't take it as often though. i always take one before working out and then usually 2 before my lunch.

hehe, well i eat the same stuff really. i'm mexican i love my rice and beans. but i definitely don't eat as much in one sitting anymore. i always come home with a doggie bag from a restaurant now.

awesome ! you reached 125 lbs and size 5 ! i hope i might before 2009 is over !! I'm starting to restart excersizing ! i first started eating clean, cut out all junk food! The hardesd thing now is that its hard to get food thats health around the house or like now (when theres no groceries), try to get food at all. thankfully the guy im dating is very supportive about my goals. :-) the problem is that im stumped about how to reduce my upper thighs and love handles !!
you look great to me by the way. There is things the numbers cant tell you is that how you feel after you do train and you feel with you body. by the way I remeber one I was training super hard and my weight went up once then started to lose weight.I was abit afriad of the sudden weightloss and started to eat more junk food but still going down. Skwirel! Stripper pole stuff huh!? Was it one of the ads you see on TV? How did you like doing that? Was that majority of your workout? I heard the stripper pole routine helps elongate your muscles.

15 pounds is great! It's crazy when you look back and see how you had let yourself go. The bright side is your getting there. I'm sure you know people who just don't care and they keep on letting themselves go. Rather depressing. So, keep at it. It will all be worth it.
